At Luxoura Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
